In this webinar, we’ll review the 2015 PATH Act including what has been made permanent, what has been extended through 2016, which provisions have been extended for 2 years and which provisions have been extended for 5 years. In this webinar we will take a close look at entering depreciable assets in Drake Software. At the end of this webinar you will be able to:
• Recognize when to use the Depreciation detail screen to enter assets

This is a basic course designed to familiarize Drake Software users with navigating data entry while preparing a tax return using Drake Software. Upon completion of this course, the student will: Successfully create or open a return in Drake Software, navigate within the software screens and windows, perform data entry for a 1040 return, split a joint 1040 return to married filing separately, enter an amended return and explain how to create an extension, calculate, view, and print a completed return, describe how to access online support resources.
